Redeemed with channel points
Viewers redeem a card with the channel points they collect by watching you. It costs them nothing else: no Gems, no money, no postage.
Gleem Signed Cards Closed beta
Offer signed cards as a channel points reward. You print and sign your own cards and send them to us once; we do the rest. When a viewer redeems, they choose a design, and we pack the card and post it to their door.
Why streamers offer them
A signed card is the kind of thank-you viewers keep for years. Signed Cards lets you offer one without ever queueing at the post office.
Viewers redeem a card with the channel points they collect by watching you. It costs them nothing else: no Gems, no money, no postage.
You print and sign your cards and send them to us in one batch. We keep them, pack each one and post it, and the postage is on us.
Each design is an edition of exactly the cards you signed. Viewers see how many are left, and once it is gone, it is gone.
Your creator page gets a cards tab with every design you offer and everyone who has ordered one.
Viewers get an email with a tracking link when their card leaves, and can follow it on your page until it arrives.
You hear when a card is ordered and see how many of each design have gone out, but never who lives where.
How it works
Illustration. Designs and numbers are examples.
Add your artwork in portrait format and say roughly how many you will sign. Our team checks every design before it can be offered.
Once the design is approved, print the cards, sign them and post the batch to our office. We count what arrives, and that number is your edition.
Create a card Treat, tick the designs it offers and set its channel points cost. Gleem adds the reward to your Twitch channel for you.
A viewer redeems, chooses a design and gives an address. We pack the card and post it with tracking.
For your viewers
Your viewers stay where they already are: on Twitch to redeem, and on your Gleem page to choose their card.
The card is a channel points reward on your channel, and it can be redeemed whether you are live or not.
On Gleem they pick one of your designs and give an address in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
Several cards for the same address can travel in one envelope, and a tracking link shows where it is.
If every design has run out, the redemption is cancelled on Twitch and the viewer gets their channel points back.
Good to know
Physical autograph cards your viewers redeem with channel points. You design, print and sign them, and Gleem posts each one to the viewer who redeemed it.
Not yet. Signed Cards is in closed beta, needs a Gleem creator page and is open in Germany only for now. Join with the button on this page: connect Discord, confirm your country and you are in. Channel points rewards also need Twitch Affiliate or Partner status.
Only the channel points you set on the reward. The card and the postage are free for them.
To addresses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Viewers can only give an address in one of those three countries.
As many as you like. You give an estimate when you upload the design, and the edition is the number of cards that actually arrive at our office. When an edition runs out, start a new design for the next one.
Viewers choose from your other designs. If none is left, the redemption is cancelled on Twitch and the viewer keeps their channel points.
No. Cards can be redeemed while you are offline too, and viewers choose their design whenever it suits them.
Up to 90 days after redeeming. Until they choose, the redemption stays open on Twitch, so you can still see it and refund it there.
No. You are told when one of your cards is ordered and see how many of each design have gone out, but never an address.
We send every card on your behalf, so our team looks at each design before it can be offered. If something needs to change, you are told why and can upload a new version.
It is part of Gleem now. Links to signed.cards/yourname keep working.
